Error 183 usually means there's a background process on your computer that's blocking the software from installing, an aggressive anti-virus or Windows security setting.   1. I'm assuming that you have all the latest Windows 11 updates. If not, go to Windows Start ⇒ Settings ⇒ Windows Update ⇒ Check for Updates.   2. /public_html/ is a virtual root directory used by many hosting providers.  It's for displaying publicly accessible files.  But it's not universal.  The root designation varies by hosting plan. Ask Bluehost which Root Directory your plan uses.   See screenshot from Dreamweaver:   I suspect you inadvertently created a public_html folder in your local site.  When you uploaded files to the server, it resulted in a duplicate entry.  example.com/public_html/index.html   SOLUTION: move files from the duplicate folder to your server's root. Just a word of caution about so-called splash or intro pages. They are the kiss of death for search engine ranking.   Your domain's landing page is the single most important page on your website. It's the first impression that people see on web searches. In the absence of real content to index, SERPs will display nothing about you or what you offer. That's a wasted opportunity.   A well-crafted landing page contains plenty of keyword-rich content that tells people who you are, what you do, and why you are important.
